The **Accounting Administrator** is responsible for assisting the accounting department in various financial and administrative tasks. This includes maintaining financial records, processing invoices, and reconciling accounts.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Process invoices and ensure timely payment to vendors and subcontractors.
- Reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Assist with payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements.
- Prepare and process journal entries as needed.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
- Provide support during audits by preparing documentation and answering inquiries.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping.
- Adhere to accounting policies and procedures.

**Key Qualifications/Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- 8+ years proven experience in an accounting or finance role, preferably in the construction industry.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Professional certification (e.g., Certified Public Accountant) is a plus.
