Join our dynamic team at **MPN Capital Markets**, a leading energy solutions management organization operating in Canada's deregulated provinces, now expanding to the US market. We specialize in offering tailored energy solutions to industrial and commercial clients, empowering businesses to optimize their energy consumption and costs.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and refine job descriptions in collaboration with hiring managers, ensuring they accurately reflect the role's requirements and expectations.
- Collaborate closely with upper management to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to fill various roles within the organization.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and best recruitment practices, continuously adapting strategies to attract top talent.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or relevant work experience.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely.
- Bilingual (French and English) is considered an asset
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail, capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
- Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team environment, fostering positive relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with the motivation and drive to exceed expectations and deliver results consistently.
- Proactive and resourceful with a "go-getter" attitude, always seeking out opportunities for improvement and innovation.
