The House of Commons Human Resources Services is currently looking to staff the Recruitment and Selection Advisor position.

**Qualifications** Education**:

- Degree in a related field preferably supported by an HR professional designation OR an equivalent combination of education, experience and training.

**Experiences**:

- Ability to conduct thorough requirement analysis tailored to meet the specific business needs of clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their objectives and challenges;
- Experience providing advice and interpretations on various policies and guidelines enabling informed decision-making;
- Experience in effectively managing timelines and multiple activities simultaneously within a fast-paced environment while ensuring quality;
- Proficiency in negotiation skills and client engagement;
- Experience in problem-solving, assessing risk and impacts, and providing strategic recommendations to clients with the organization in mind.

**Assets**:

- Experience utilizing strategic talent sourcing, recruitment expertise, and market intelligence to efficiently identify, attract and hire top talent;
- Experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or similar platforms;
- Experience leading and participating in projects;
- Good knowledge of Collective Agreements and terms and conditions of employment clauses as well as relevant legislation and regulations.
