The House of Commons’ Human Resources Services is currently looking to staff the Manager, Recruitment and Selection Services position.

**Qualifications** Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (business administration, commerce, industrial relations, human resources management, psychology, change management, etc.) or an acceptable combination of education, training, and relevant experience.

**Experience**:

- Progressive experience in human resources, with extensive expertise in sourcing, recruitment and selection;
- Strong management and leadership background, demonstrating effective team guidance and development;
- Proficient in developing and implementing sourcing, recruitment, and selection strategies that align with organizational goals;
- Strong knowledge of organizational dependencies and their impact on recruitment and selection, enabling the development of strategies aligned with organizational priorities;
- Knowledgeable in financial and administrative policies and procedures, including terms and conditions of employment;
- Experienced in utilizing applicant tracking systems to streamline recruitment processes.
