**Duties**
- As part of the sales team with Zak, the Team Lead, you will be given well nurtured leads and you will set up tours, meet clients, build relationships - and sell a lot of homes.
- An inside sales rep will hand off clients warm and ready.
- You will deepen the relationship, support clients through the lifecycle of the deal, and close the deal.
- Training and continuous learning is provided, as well as great support from a seasoned team lead and coaching.
- You ensure that every client’s need is met with caring professionalism, attention to detail, and respect.
- You want to grow within the company and help the company grow.
- You want to be accountable and meet targets for # of closings.

**Qualifications**:

- Must have an active real estate license
- Must have strong communication skills, be interpersonal
- Must be motivated and determined

**Responsibilities**:

- Hold amazing open houses
- Manage leads within our CRM
- Pre-appointment planning by running territory comps
- Writing contracts
- Listing agreements
- Attend closings

**Salary**: $63,603.10-$313,623.57 per year

- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Real Estate License in Ontario (required)
