**Job Description**:
**What you will do**

You will work in partnership with Law Clerks and Senior Law Clerks/Paralegals to support the delivery of superior legal service and handle independent tasks when clients’ needs may be met by a member of the legal staff team. You will be responsible for administrative and legal tasks and provide back-up support to other Legal Administrative Coordinators.

You will be expected to build strong working relationships and help drive continuous process improvement and innovation by providing efficient, timely and organized service.

**What you will bring**
- Post-secondary diploma in a recognized Administrative or Legal Assistant program, or combination of education and experience
- 3-5 years experience working in an administrative or legal support role
- Ability to independently manage own workload with well-developed organizational and time management skills and handle changing and competing priorities
- Superior communication skills, both written and verbal, including proofreading with keen attention to detail and the ability to draft substantive written communications
- Strong technical skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe Pro, matter management and document

management software)
- Experience working with highly sensitive and confidential information as part of daily duties
- Requirement to work in a head office three days per week.
