We are seeking a proactive and driven Business Development Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in sales and a deep understanding of the furniture design industry. You will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, focusing on expanding our customer base among individual designers and design companies worldwide.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new clients within the design industry.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and understand current trends in furniture design.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with designers and design companies, acting as the primary point of contact for our business.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to network with potential clients and promote our products.
- Collaborate with our design and production teams to ensure that client specifications and expectations are met.
- Prepare detailed proposals and contracts to secure new business deals.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of our product offerings and the capabilities of our custom manufacturing processes.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in the furniture or design industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to travel internationally to meet with potential clients and attend events.

Pay: $39,657.88-$100,567.64 per year

**Experience**:

- sales: 3 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
