**About the Role**

PartnerHero is looking for a **Business Development Specialist**. As a Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for generating new business through different channels of communication and social media referrals. A successful Business Development Specialist will be responsible for maintaining relationships with end-users and the community by providing compelling and tailored solutions.

The Business Development Specialist will actively assist the Product Marketing Team in creating marketing strategies and tactics to drive sales.

**You’ll Be**:

- Developing close relationships with clients & partners.
- Working closely with internal teams to ensure a united vision when corresponding with clients.
- Tracking your outreach progress and maintain accurate records of customers on our sales tools.
- Onboarding new customers as needed.
- Meeting quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Ensuring a high level of client satisfaction to generate renewals & increase incremental revenue.
- Assisting the Product Marketing team with special projects

**Your qualifications**:

- Minimum of 1 - 3 years of B2B sales experience (inside or outside sales) in a tech company
- Past work experience with customer support or start-up is a must-have
- Passionate for Marketing and/or International Relations
- Experience with cold outreaches using various communication channels & moving prospects through the sales funnel
- Proven track record of meeting & exceeding sales targets
- Knowledge of CRM systems like - HubSpot, Salesforce, etc. is an asset
