At Uptown Law, we are currently in expansion mode and are looking to add an experienced and talented Business Development Specialist to lead growth efforts.

**What You Will Be Doing...**
- Build and grow a robust pipeline of potential mortgage, lending, and real estate partners.
- Qualifying prospects to ensure a strategic fit.
- Onboard new partners and ensure an outstanding experience for their clients.
- Nurture relationships to grow the adoption of our brand
- Meet with prospective referral partners to conduct presentations
- Has experience and established reputation in the lending/mortgage, or Real Estate industry
- Is a hands-on sales and business development professional with a proven track record in a fast-growing environment
- Has relationship building as a second nature and understands how to bring value to a relationship.
- You must have excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Able to cut through complexity and come up with multiple solutions to business problems.
- A learner and problem-solver that is continually thinking about how to make things better.
