**Qui recherchons-nous?**

Dialogue est à la recherche d’un(e) coordinateur des soins pour contribuer à sa mission d’aider les gens à améliorer leur bien-être. En étroite collaboration avec le chef d’équipe de coordinateurs des soins, votre rôle consistera à être le principal point de contact pour nos patients au cours de la journée. Ce poste est une excellente opportunité pour les étudiants(-tes) ou toute personne à la recherche d'un poste d'entrée.

**Voici certaines de vos responsabilités**:

- Accueillir les nouveaux patients du programme et les accompagner dans leur parcours
- Vérifier et suivre les cas actifs et assister les praticiens(-nes) dans leurs tâches administratives
- Trouver la meilleure ressource pour le patient afin de livrer une expérience mémorable
- Aider le patient à naviguer notre plateforme ainsi que le système de santé public et privé
- Porter un regard critique sur notre programme et générer des idées pour optimiser nos processus et l'expérience de nos patients
- S’engager à garantir une satisfaction totale du client

**Nous aimerions beaucoup vous rencontrer si vous possédez**:

- Une passion pour la santé, la qualité des soins et l'amélioration des processus d'équipe et de la compréhension
- Un sens aigu de l'empathie, gestion du temps, esprit critique, souci du détail et excellent service à la clientèle
- Excellentes compétences en communication
- Une formation ou une expérience professionnelle dans un domaine lié à la santé est un atout
- La disponibilité de travailler en soirée et une fin de semaine sur deux
- De solides compétences en informatique
- Une connaissance du système de santé public (un atout)
