**En tant que coordonnateur des soins infirmiers, tu auras la chance de**:

- Participer à l’embauche, aux horaires et à la gestion du personnel sous ta responsabilité ;
- S’assurer du bien-être et de la sécurité des résidents et des employés ;
- Faire des interventions, auprès des résidents lorsque nécessaire ;
- Colliger des données sur l’état de santé du résident et le diriger vers les spécialistes à consulter ;
- Agir à titre d’intermédiaire avec les familles et le CSSS ;
- Collaborer avec les autres membres des équipes interdisciplinaires de soins de santé afin d’assurer les suivis requis avec les résidents et leur famille ;
- Participer à la coordination générale de l’établissement dans un esprit de soutien et de collaboration ;

**Ton profil ressemble à celui-ci**:

- Détenir un DEP en Santé, assistance et soins infirmiers ;
- Membre en règle de l’OIIAQ ;
- 1 à 3 ans d’expérience en gestion de personnel ;
- Expérience avec personnes ayant des problèmes de santé mentale, etc.
- Expérience de travail ou bénévolat avec les personnes âgées (atout) ;
- Connaissance des logiciels Word et Excel.
