To support the Trade finance Business Team by coordinating with the clients and operations team to improve client experience, General banking and commercial banking transactions executed seamlessly and to discharge any other duties as assigned by the Reporting Manager from time to time.
The Relationship Manager-Alternate Channel would carry the business and revenue targets through relationship management with key customers like associations, corporates, communities, Institutions and others. The person will identify and execute new process improvements and new initiatives in order to enhance the business through Alterna
Area of Responsibility
1. Track and update daily, monthly & quarterly on the achievement of monthly as well as ensuring annual business and revenue targets through existing relationship management and acquiring new prospect base. Implement and execute Increase in fee revenue
without any revenue leakage
2. Understand associations, corporates, communities, Institutions needs and identify new business opportunities from the targeted relationships. Building and developing relationships through personalized contacts and conducting outreaches.
3. Plan and on ground execution of promotional and marketing activities and kiosk set
- ups (With support from Marketing team & Branch Teams) to acquire new clients and deepen existing relationships. Liaise across verticals for back end coordination of events
4. Develop & support on-going reporting (dashboards, KPIs, etc.) and campaign analytical requirements (Pre & Post Implementation reports) for Retail Alternate Channel. Assist in the creation and updation of referral product note, process notes of the Bank. Supporting the development of Business Requirement Documents (BRD) for projects/Improvements focused on enhancing customer experience.
5. Generating leads & following up on conversion through communication with branches ;
relationship management, microplanning and conducting webinars & corporate presentations to generate prospective leads for the bank/branches
6. Creating plan for the coaching and training of staffs of the acquired key relationships to
generate the leads.
7. Develop and curate strategies around identified opportunities based upon realistic assessments and consistently deliver against the forecasts.
8. Data analytics & MIS creation using Bank’s tools i.e. I-Core, FCRM, SMS Gateway, Hello Canada portal etc.
9. Adhering to banks policies and procedures, in consonance with AML/ATF policies.
10. Render excellent service to the customers with a pleasant demeanor
11. Actively participate in specific projects/ new activities.
12. Ensure all Bank's policies, corporate security policies, regulatory guidelines, Industry service standards and codes of conduct are adhered to
