Vancouver, Canada Adaptory Consulting Ltd Full time

The position involves coordinating key elements of customer service, maintaining efficient office procedures and logistics, participating in research and projects, and financial oversight. The Administration Officer will receive day-to-day functional direction from the Administrator/Business Support Consultant.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and oversee administrative procedures and systems
- Manage schedules and deadlines
- Monitor inventory of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Organize and maintain files and databases
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial reports
- Implement and maintain office policies and procedures
- Ensure the smooth operation of equipment and systems (e.g., computers, printers)
- Liaise with other departments and external partners to ensure efficient workflow

**Skills**:

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Proficient in using various computer software programs (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
- Experience with database management
- Ability to file and retrieve documents efficiently
- Familiarity with office equipment and basic troubleshooting
- Bilingual skills (English and [Language]) preferred but not required
- Excellent customer service skills

**Salary**: $30.98-$35.89 per hour
