As a Business Development Representative, you play a pivotal role in not only driving our company's growth but also contributing directly to our core purpose.

Your role as a Business Development Representative at Xplor Recreation is not just about sales; it's about fulfilling our purpose. Your primary responsibility is to engage with potential clients, generate leads, and kickstart the early stages of the sales process. By identifying and nurturing potential clients, you are instrumental in helping communities discover the benefits of our innovative solutions.

Collaboration is key at Xplor Recreation, and you will work closely with our Account Executives to qualify prospects and schedule product demonstrations. Together, we ensure that our purpose of simplifying daily activities, fostering community well-being, and promoting joy is delivered to our clients and the communities they serve.

**Responsibilities and Essential Functions**:

- Conduct initial client engagements, which include client prospecting, lead generation, and lead development.
- Create and maintain interest with prospective clients, effectively conveying the value of our software solutions.
- Collaborate with Senior Account Executives to pass on qualified leads and ensure a smooth transition in the sales pipeline.
- Identify and validate qualified sales opportunities and stages.
- Serve as the first point of contact at Xplor Recreation for prospects, delivering a positive and informative experience.

**Qualifications**
- 0-2 years of sales experience, with a strong willingness to learn and grow in the role.
- Proven track record of success in a sales or goal-driven environment.
- Experience in meeting and exceeding Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and targets.
- CRM (Salesforce) software experience is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

This role will have a base salary of $55,000 to $65,000 CAD.

This role will be eligible for a commission plan.
