**Your Opportunity at ARC’TERYX**:

- As the Product Operations Manager for Creative,you will partner closely with multiple stakeholders throughout the organization to support the evolution and management of the Go-to-Market process, with a specific focus on the Product Creative (Design, Development, Colour and Advance Concepts) teams’ inputs and outputs. You also help to identify process improvements to maximize efficiency and enable the Product Creative team in achieving business targets.

- The Product Operations team optimizes the intersection of product, supporting through cross-functional teams to improve alignment, communication, and processes around the product. We build a foundation for excellence through reinforcing product strategy with metrics, infrastructure, business processes, best practices, budgeting and reporting.

**If you were a Product Operations Manager now, here are some of the core activities you would be doing**:

- Managing all inputs/outputs of the Product Creative team with relation to the Go-to-Market Calendar, ensuring all deliverables are on time and that any risks or changes are communicated and solutioned with the Product Ops team.
- Collaborating with cross-functional partners and evolving the Go-to-Market process, including how the Creative teams plug into the rest of the processes
- Improving and linking of creative processes into all required cross-functional departments within the Go-to Market calendar
- Creating and implementing SOPs and process mapping using standard templates
- Building close relationships with Design, Development, and Advanced Concepts teams and supporting change management initiatives and stakeholder engagement
- Analyzing the current business processes and collaborating with users to identify process improvement areas to help maximize efficiency
- Building and recommending new process, process flows, tools or systems solutions that are aligned with company goals
- Maintaining user guides and online help tools
- Preparing meeting agendas
- Collaborating with Product Ops team to document end-to-end processes as needed

**Are you our next Product Operations Manager?**:

- You have 5+ years’ experience in an operational role (project coordination, product operation, product management, etc.), preferably in the apparel industry
- You pose a high level of analytical and critical thinking
- You have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with all levels of stakeholders
- You have the ability to explain, articulate, and document concepts, business processes, systems and business requirements efficiently
- You have confidence in communicating and collaborating amongst large and diverse audiences
- You have the ability to effectively manage multiple competing priorities
- You have a willingness to improve your skills independently in new technologies and solutions
- You are proactive in identifying the root cause of issues, seeking the best (sometimes not the easiest) solutions with an unwavering commitment to do what is right
- You remain highly flexible and adaptable when faced with ambiguity
- You effectively balance autonomy and collaboration
- You inspire breakthrough thinking and continuous improvement
- Your passion for your work is paralleled by your passion for getting outside and living it
