If you want to make a difference and energize your career, Wurth Canada has a great opportunity for you. We are looking for a **Contract** **Business Development Coordinator (12 months) **with prior experience in marketing or operations support.

**Reporting to the Division Director Cargo, you will be responsible for**:
- Organize and support divisional presentations, activities, and trainings to stakeholders.
- Support new product launches.
- Maintain Divisional KPI reports including but not limited too: track and review divisional reports and promo material, spotlights, road map, provide sales metrics, and reports to DSM, RSDS weekly.
- Provide channel support take part in various dept, team meetings as required to support company and divisional focus's etc.
**What YOU will bring to this role**:
- College or University Education in business or a related field
- Self-starter who can perform in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Effective in managing priorities and working time.
- Strong cross-functional collaborator who can create authentic relationships with colleagues.
- Good communication skills with the ability to work effectively with all levels of an organization, both internally and externally.
- Keen self-awareness and alignment with a workplace culture that is built on humanistic values and continuous improvement.
- Adept and interested in understanding business needs and working to achieve the company’s vision and goals.
- Fully bilingual (French/English) is an asset
