Napier Outdoors is seeking an enthusiastic, motivated, and sociable B2B Account Manager to join our expanding team in an inside sales role.

**Opportunity Description**

As the B2B Account Manager (Inside Sales), you will spearhead sales and marketing initiatives to drive revenue via our client's distribution channels, with a specific focus on partnerships and retail channels.

**What You Get to Do**
- CLIENT RELATIONS_
- **Client Development**:Develop and implement sales & marketing strategies to support and grow sales within the customer's selling channels. Foster relationships and provide exceptional customer service and support to retailers such as Bass Pro, Best Buy, Costco etc.
- **OEM Partnerships**: Grow OEM partnerships with Ford, GM, Nissan and Honda by aligning accessories with new vehicle launches, obtaining exposure in marketing campaigns, gain dealership exposure, develop promotional campaigns etc.
- **OEM Events and Marketing**: Work with external OEM marketing and event agencies to obtain product visibility at events and in PR campaigns.
- **Retail Marketing**:Develop client specific in-store marketing and merchandising programs to increase the sell-through rate. Optimize Napier’s brand exposure across the clients marketing channels.
- **Dealerships and Store Training**:Execute dealerships and store product awareness and training programs.
- **Promotions**:Develop client specific promotional calendars and negotiate price discounts and exposure.
- BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT_
- **Prospecting**:Generate leads for new opportunities. Recruit new dealers and distributors. Negotiate terms and agreements. Set-up new clients.
- **RFQ’s & Client Documentation**:Prepare PPL’s, RFQ’s, client proposals, presentations and other documentation.
- **New Markets**:Identify new market opportunities and develop and implement penetration


**What You Need**:

- 8+ years of client or category development experience in a B2B setting
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Must be detail oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills
- University Degree/College Diploma in Business, marketing, sales or related field
