**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Administer the Human Resources information hub, ensuring it is regularly updated to reflect client feedback and service requests.
- Develop and implement tools and enhancement strategies for areas such as:

- Recruitment and retention.
- Compliance assistance (labour law).
- Conflict resolution.
- Policy development.
- Training and development.
- Employee benefits.
- Confidentiality.
- Provide expert guidance and support to employers on Human Resources best practices, labour laws, and compliance requirements.
- Proactively reach out to local employers to establish and maintain strong relationships.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their specific Human Resources needs and develop tailored service plans to address them.
- Assist employers in optimizing their Human Resources processes to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and employee satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and legal developments related to Human Resources and labour laws.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for employers on various Human Resources topics as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is not required, but would be an asset.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources consulting or a similar role, with a focus on serving clients in diverse industries.
- Strong knowledge of Canadian labour laws, regulations, and compliance requirements, particularly in Alberta.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful Human Resources strategies and initiatives.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Human Resources software and web portal administration.
