**Job Description**:
As a Human Resource Management Consultant (Manager level) at Sia Partners, you will take charge of devising and implementing cutting-edge HR strategies, capitalizing on your profound talent acquisition, employee development, and performance management expertise for our diverse client base. Your seasoned insights will play a pivotal role in driving organizational success by fostering an inclusive and thriving workplace culture, while your ability to navigate emerging HR trends will keep our clients ahead in the dynamic business landscape. With your strategic acumen and passion for innovation, you will provide personalized coaching to leaders, transforming HR practices to optimize workforce productivity and elevate employee satisfaction, truly embodying the Sia Partners spirit of making a difference through transformative consulting.

**Key Responsibilities**

In addition, within the framework of the firm's internal activities, your participation will focus on the following areas
- The development or strengthening of our offers through training, working groups, and dissemination of internal and external support.
- The publication policy (sector blogs, studies, press publications).
- The development of the firm by participating in various commercial and visibility actions

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or certificate in human resources or a related field. Equivalencies of education and experience may be considered.
- Minimum 10 years experience working in a Human Resource management role and working in a Management Consultant capacity.
- Subject matter expert in organizational design, change management, follow trends in HR organization and management, have an active interest and willingness to influence what organizations look like today but also what they will look like tomorrow,
- You are connected to what is happening in the marketplace from both an employee and employer perspective.
