**Membership Services Administrator**

The Ontario Principals' Council (OPC) is a non-profit corporation that serves as the voluntary professional association representing the interests of principals and vice-principals in Ontario's publicly funded school system. Currently, the OPC represents 5,400 practicing school leaders in elementary and secondary schools as well as 500 Associates from within the education community.

We are recruiting to fill the position of Membership Services Administrator.

**What You’ll be Doing**

The Membership Services Administrator is accountable for the timely and accurate handling of registrations in support of the various levels of membership. Activities include granting website access to Members, maintaining role procedures manual to ensure currency, processing provincial rebates and scholarship requests, preparation of retirement and promotion certificates, website management including annual audit and the management of the department’s communication plan, including the drafting of notifications.

**How You’ll Succeed**
- **Member Engagement - **You will use your previous customer service experience to ensure timely service and support of Members in the registration process and daily interactions.
- **Analytical Skills -** Investigate anomalies or irregularities to determine frequency and cause and recommend potential solutions. However, you will escalate issues that are beyond your knowledge
- **Organizational Skills -** You are highly organized, detailed oriented, solution focused with strong time management abilities. You are forward thinking with an aptitude for continuous improvement. You are able to assess and mitigate the level of risk to Members and ensuring that established procedures are followed
- **Relationship Building -** Competently and professionally liaise with various partners

(local districts and their delegates, district school boards, insurance companies) for role engagement or problem solution.
