The Membership and Publications Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining and updating membership records and managing our publications portfolio.

**Key duties include**:

- Membership Administration_
- Develop and implement initiatives to engage existing membership and recruit new members
- Maintain membership and Centre pricing
- Update mass communications to members in CRM software, including welcome and renewal letters
- Member services including database maintenance and troubleshooting, membership renewal, addressing membership concerns, merging duplicate profiles, updating profiles
- Update CRM software and RASC website with information relevant to membership
- Write updates for the RASC Bulletin (monthly) and Newsletter (weekly) regarding membership-relevant information as necessary
- Support RASC Centres with database maintenance, administration and reports
- Develop membership campaigns and strategies for supporting existing members and Centres
- Assist in office management, ordering, file management etc.
- Provide monthly membership reports to the Executive Director
- Publications Administration_
- Maintain product descriptions and pricing in online store
- Produce twice-weekly sales report
- Develop promotional campaigns for the Society's merchandise and publications
- Distribute and maintain distribution list for the _Journal of the RASC_
- Order new printings of publications when necessary
- Receive shipments to the National Office

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $45,000.00 per year
