**BicDroid is seeking motivated individuals to join our world-class team in Waterloo, Ontario, Canada to take our data and cyber security products to the next level in the global cybersecurity market. We have a position open for a qualified business development specialist to expand the reach of our products, with a focus on QWS. You will help us develop marketing and sales strategies for BicDroid QWS and our other products, as well as explore new strategic business opportunities and partnerships.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Develop a marketing strategy for our products and lead their outbound marketing activities, with an emphasis on BicDroid QWS.
- Gather and analyze market trends to differentiate our products in the market and convey their unique values to customers.
- Identify and develop business opportunities to help build strategic customer and business partnerships.
- Develop a strategic sales plan for our products, and highlight effective sales tools to support our selling process and communicating our key value propositions to our sales team.
- Secure new customers and channel partners; manage and nurture those relationships in order to minimize conflict and grow revenues.
- Work with our team to plan the launch of new products and releases and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan.

**Required Competencies**:

- Successful track record in software business development.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent people and management skills.
- Strong analytic skills.
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity or background in information technologies is a plus.

**Education and Experience**: Minimum post-secondary education in business, marketing, or management (MBA preferred).
