The Client Care Specialist is one of several team members who collectively are the face of our business and a powerhouse of positive attitude, not to mention their unbounding source of knowledge. This job is not for the faint of heart: it is a demanding role that requires attention to detail, focus, and stamina.

With clients in almost every industry imaginable, you will have exclusive access to the inside of some of the greatest small and medium businesses in the Region and beyond. Being the face and voice of our client’s businesses, you possess the awesome responsibility of being the one who makes the first impression for their clients and customers.

You must also be adaptable, dependable, and share a strong work ethic with other Specialists.

No particular experience is required - we will provide training for you. An insatiable desire to learn and grow is a must. This role is not for everyone, but those who take on the challenge have experienced great rewards.

This role has regular business hours with no weekend or evening work and no travel. You do not require a car for this position; just the ability to get to and from work. Our office is located in the trendy heart of Uptown Waterloo where breaks include a multitude of nearby restaurants and outdoor areas to recharge and refresh.

**Hours**: This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) from 8:45am to 5:15pm. This role is great for those who love customer service and are looking to enhance their resume by working in a professional office environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
