Office Assistant

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members
- Provide administrative support such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Perform basic proofreading tasks to ensure accuracy of documents
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment
- Work with OHS to ensure all safety paper work is up to date
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in a front desk or office assistant role is preferred
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in using computerized office systems and software
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively
- Professional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills

**Salary**: $15.00-$24.00 per hour
