Overview:
**Duties**:
- Manage office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance
- Conducting supply runs to procure necessary materials and equipment
- Develop and implement training programs for new employees
- Maintain office records, including filing systems and databases
- Managing receipts and expense reports, ensuring accurate record-keeping
- Coordinate human resources tasks such as recruitment and onboarding processes
- Ensure smooth office logistics and resolve any issues that may arise
- Handling safety paperwork, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Assisting in the preparation and maintenance of safety reports and documentation.
- Supporting the safety team in organizing training sessions and safety meetings.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in office administration or a related field
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to supervise and lead a team effectively
- Knowledge of budgeting processes and financial management
- Familiarity with human resources procedures is a plus
