Account Coordinator

**Responsibilities**:
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and objectives
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery
- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, showcasing the value of our products and services
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with the sales team to support business development efforts
- Provide regular updates and reports on account performance and progress
**Skills**:
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing client accounts
- Strong negotiation and communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams
- Experience in account management, including handling client inquiries, resolving issues, and upselling products/services
- Ability to analyze market data and trends to identify growth opportunities for clients
- Leadership qualities to guide cross-functional teams in delivering exceptional customer service
- Proven sales skills to drive revenue growth and meet targets
- Business development acumen to identify potential clients and expand the company's customer base
**Salary**: $38,440.45-$45,922.11 per year
