DataDrill Communications Inc. is in search of an Accounts Receivable Coordinator who brings a wealth of experience, dedication, and a steadfast commitment to their work. This role is more than managing finances; it's about being part of a team that deeply values thoroughness and a hands-on approach.

Note: This role is required full-time in the office, Monday to Friday.

In this role, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Prepare, verify and process invoices (billing cycles will vary depending on client requirements)
  • Prepare monthly accounts receivable statements
  • Process invoice payments and follow up on past due invoices
  • Submit invoices digitally through various client supply chain platforms (ADP Open invoice, Cortex)
  • Investigate and respond to various internal inquires
  • Respond to client inquires (via phone and email) in a timely manner
  • Provide Various HR, Accounts Payable and Administrative Support as required

On your resume, we ask that you highlight the following qualifications:

  • 1+ years in an office administration / finance support position (accounts receivable experience would be ideal)
  • Experience supporting clients and inquiries in an outgoing, professional and respectful manner
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Experience with ADP Open Invoice, Cortex or Xero
