This is a full-time, local, on-site position out of the company’s Dupont West office.
**The Company**
The company is a dynamic, creative, fast-growing healthy kids catering company based in Toronto. As the GTA’s leading kids catering company, they serve over 20,000 healthy and nutritious meals and snacks a day to childcare centres and schools. **The Role**
The Bookkeeper will be the heartbeat of all things finance and also serve as an office manager. Key tasks to be performed by the Bookkeeper include:
- Managing accounts payable / receivable and processing payments accordingly
- Reconciliation of bank, credit cards and A/P vendor accounts
- Preparing all invoices for clients monthly
- Processing bi-weekly payroll
- Assisting in the preparation of T4s and other tax-related returns
- Electronic Filing HST and other government remittances
- Preserving confidentiality and performing all duties in a professional manner
- Performing office manager duties as required
**What We’re Looking For**
- Significant bookkeeping experience (5+ years)
- An expert in QuickBooks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Someone detail-oriented, self-motivated, comfortable working independently
- Someone excited to hit the ground running from the beginning and help the company grow
- An interest in food and/or children’s services
**Salary**: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

**Experience**:
- QuickBooks: 1 year (preferred)
