Land Development Clients Sales Specialist
Imperial Capital Developments Corp.is a fully integrated real estate construction and development company with corporate headquarters in North York. Our primary activities include home design, renovation, land development and limited partnership investments. We are looking for a Land Development Clients Sales Specialist to help us grow our home flipping and land development business. The main tasks include identifying potential clients who are in need of home flipping and land development, as well as obtaining investments from them. Basic Requirements:
- Real estate agents are welcome to join, VALID brokerage license is required
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in real estate or finance, investment field
Job Responsibilities:
Looking for clients who have a need to sell a home, flip a building or buy land for redevelopment, or a brokerage representative who knows customers with land development needs. Gather information and communicate with clients to actively promote and maintain client relationships.
Total salary:
$80,000-$10,000 a year (base+commission)
