**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Research and identify potential clients, markets, and opportunities for business expansion.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create effective strategies for lead generation and customer acquisition.
- Conduct market analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients and partners.
- Negotiate and close business deals to achieve revenue targets.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of business development efforts.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and continuously seek ways to improve business development processes.
**Qualifications**:
- High School Diploma as a minimum.
- Current residency in Canada.
- Ability to commute to North York, ON.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically and develop creative solutions.
