As a Social Media Associate, you will have an impact on thousands of people every week in the community and beyond. Your goal is to share the story of The Market, to use social media to connect people to their food and to keep our members up to date with our busy market. You will use social media on multiple platforms to tie in our 7 department business and to share the vision with our guests. Your primary goal is to enhance The Market’s social media presence by connecting The Market to the right target audiences in multiple ways.

Your success will have a direct impact on our customers, community and business.

**Core Job Responsibilities**
- Create, edit and post across all social media platforms that are connected to The Market.
- Develop and implement social media content strategies that span the entire marketing funnel on social platforms with the goal of generating revenue for e-commerce, aligning business objectives and target audience.
- Measure sales contribution of content/posts.
- Create and manage engaging social media content across multiple platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok and Pinterest.
- Collaborate with Market Departments to develop and execute campaigns that support product launches and promotions and provide post tracking performance reviews.
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement to maximize e-commerce conversion.
- Create weekly and monthly reports to share information with the team.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns to drive traffic and sales to e-commerce stores.
- Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure timely and consistent content delivery and execution.
- Manage and allocate digital marketing budgets effectively, maximizing return on investment (ROI) and achieving campaign objectives.
- Identify and evaluate new digital marketing tools, platforms, and technologies to enhance marketing effectiveness and efficiency.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum and successful 2 years Social Media/Brand building
- Creative and expressive
- Thorough knowledge of multiple social media sites
- Ability to work with mínimal functional direction
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 15 per week

**Salary**: $15.50-$18.00 per hour
