In this role you will be responsible for driving sales growth for specific partner's solutions within CDW Canada's customers. Primarily working with CDW sales team (including Account Managers, Account Executives, Sales Management, and Partner Specialists), you will need to develop net new pipeline and close sales using HPE partner programs and incentives to deliver the best solution and price for the customer, while maintaining profitability.

**What you'll do**:

- Attain quarterly and annual sales quota.
- Follow-up on and qualify leads.
- Generate new business opportunities to grow pipeline.
- Report pipeline and forecast to all stakeholder's weekly.
- Identify key decision makers and manage the sales process.
- Negotiate pricing and incentive programs and close business.
- Proactively call into established targeted accounts.
- Provide monthly reporting of sales, wins, losses and sales inhibitors to your manager.
- Collaborate with HPE's team, as well as PPM to build out a go to market strategy, deliver value prop and increase HPE sales within target accounts.
- Lead/assist Account Managers and Field Account Executives with customer sales, regional events, and customer sales calls to help in closing CDW businesses on HPE solutions.
- Build market awareness of CDW and the HPE brand through participation in local/regional industry events, organizations and affiliations.
- Plan, organize and lead sales and customer enablement sessions, workshops and webinars.
- Invest time and efforts self-developing technical and sales skills to achieve industry-level IT certifications for on-premises and cloud platforms related to HPE.

**What you need to succeed**:
**Must-have**:

- 3+ years' experience in inside sales, field sales, technical presales or equivalent with responsibility to achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets.
- Bachelor's degree, college Diploma or relevant work experience in IT sales technical position, or customer services.
- Technical aptitude for HPE solutions along with a solid understanding of cloud, infrastructure, and security solutions.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), presentation skills, and effective interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to perform and learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong business acumen.
- Ability to build strong relationships both within CDW, as well as partners and customers.
- Aptitude to work with Executive and C-Level contacts within CDW, Partner and Customers.
- Must be a self-starter and able to meet and exceed expectations with limited supervision.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Technical knowledge on networking, servers, storage, collaboration, hybrid and multi-cloud platforms.
- Ability to build and present technically complex concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Ability to keep tracking of tasks and present team updates for activities delivered.
- HPE or industry-level certification (Example: HPE Sales Certified - Portfolio Solutions).
- Industry-level certification for servers, and storage (Examples: HPE SAN Essentials, HPE MSA Implementing Storage Solutions, HPE Data Mgmt Framework, HPE Server Mgmt, HPE Simplivity, HPE OneView, etc.).

**Nice-to-have**:

- College Diploma; Bachelor's degree; or 6+ years relevant work experience in IT technical position, sales or customer services.
- Established track record of successful quote driven sales attainment.
- Good working knowledge of the HPE Partner Portal, HPE Partner Ready program but not limited to HPE Engage & Grow incentive program.
- Technical knowledge on HPE solutions on networking, servers, storage, collaboration, hybrid and
- multi-cloud platforms.
- IT certifications like:

- HPE MASE - Hybrid IT Solutions Architect
- HPE ASE - Hybrid IT Solutions Architect
- Certified Data Center Specialist (CDCS)
- Certified Data Center Expert (CDCE)
- Certified Data Center Professional (CDCP)
- HPE ATP-HPE GreenLake Administrator Foundations
- HPE Nimble
- HPE Alletra
- HPE Ezmeral
- Ability to articulate the value proposition of consumption and/or aaS financial models.
- Strong collaborator that can provide feedback on process gaps and identify areas for improvements and optimization.
- Established track record of strong executive level communication (C-Level, Dept. Head).
- Familiarity in directing and maintaining enterprise-level sales
