Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
Full-cycle bookkeeping, including, but not limited to:
- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping activities in QBO
- Enter payables, allocate to project number, and pay invoices in a timely manner
- Oversee accounts receivable, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing,
- Administrator bi-weekly payroll processes, including allocating costs to projects
- Quarterly GST filings
- Manage multiple bank accounts and reconcile financials statements
- Managing Contra accounts, shareholder loans accounts, etc
- Prepare financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information
- Provide support for Project Managers
- Ordering office supplies as needed
- Light office cleaning
Qualifications:
- Previous bookkeeping experience is preferred
- Complete understanding of Basic Bookkeeping is required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented setting
- Experience in QuickBooks software is ideal, but willing to train the right person
As the Bookkeeper of Knightway, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring the smooth operation of our company's financial activities. Your skills in budgeting, bank reconciliation, account analysis, and accounting software will be essential in performing your responsibilities effectively.
