**Key Accountabilities**
- Main point of contact for site visitors
- Answer and direct all incoming telephone calls (on the general line)
- Receive, sort and distribute incoming/outgoing mail and couriers
- Handle administrative requests and queries for management team, colleagues and other functional groups as needed,
- Lead the administration, filing protocol and tracking of key Health & Safety items for multiple industrial branches in the region
**Experience, Qualifications & Education**
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, word, excel, etc)
- Strong attention to detail
