** We do require new employees to be in the office for one month for training, meeting the team and learning the products **

**Reports To**: Director of Operations

**Location**: Burlington, ON

**Responsibilities**:
**In-office Training**: The first month of employment will involve on-site training to familiarize yourself with our product lines, processes, and to meet your team.

**Bilingual Proficiency**: Utilize strong English and French verbal and written skills to communicate with customers effectively and address their inquiries.

**Relationship Building**: Build and nurture positive relationships with our customers, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.

**Sales Commission**: Earn a sales commission for parts sold while assisting customers with their support needs.

**Remote Work**: After the initial training period (1 month), the role transitions to a hybrid model with the option to work from home with 2-3 days in the office per week.

**Salary**: From $23.00 per hour

- Call center: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
