**Responsibilities**
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
- Provide expert advice on real estate markets and property values.
- Conduct property showings and open houses.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and other real estate professionals.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of market trends and industry regulations.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication and service.

**Qualifications**
- Valid Ontario real estate license.
- Proven experience as a real estate agent (preferred but not required).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- High level of professionalism and integrity.
- Passionate about real estate and helping clients achieve their goals.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
