Sales and Training Manager

The Sales and Training Manager is responsible for all aspects of the store business, including strategy and the development of their people. A manager at Blinds To Go is given autonomy to make decision and run the business as an owner would. Managers spend time to develop the team and deliver world-class customer service.
Blinds To Go was established in 1954 and is the largest company in the industry.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
**COACHING, DEVELOPMENT, INSPIRATION**
- Develop people through our core values
- Hold the team accountable for results and have crucial conversations when needed
- Develop a strategy to build a strong pipeline of leaders
- Develop strategies and in-store initiatives to meet business objectives
- Manage team performance with ongoing coaching
- Provide timely feedback on sales plans and key performance indicators
- Manage the store schedule in a way that supports business trends (labor management)
- Know and understand the corporate story/vision and be able to inspire the team

Pay: $65,000.00-$105,000.00 per year
