We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Technical Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team at Anton Paar. As a Technical Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our extensive portfolio of high-quality laboratory instruments and process measurement solutions to customers in your assigned territory. Your primary focus will be on building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders and understanding customer needs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop market and execute sale strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Conduct product demonstrations and deliver compelling presentation to showcase the value proposition of our solutions.
- Understand customers’ needs and provide customized solutions by effectively positioning our products/services.
- Collaborate with the sales team, engineers and other manager to deliver comprehensive customer proposals and quotations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying opportunities for cross-selling.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to contribute to the development of marketing materials, product positioning, and sales collateral.
- Maintain accurate sales records, including customer information, sales activities, and pipelines, using our CRM system.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Chemistry, Engineering, Materials, Physics, Life Sciences) or equivalent experience.
- Proven track record of success in technical sales, preferably in the fields of laboratory and instruments or scientific equipment.
- Strong technical aptitude and the ability to quickly understand and articulate complex scientific concepts and analytical techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and effectively engage with customer at all levels.
- Strong sales acumen, negotiation skills, ability to close deal effectively.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of the team.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory to meet with customers and attends industry events (approximately 50% travel).
- Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in using sales analytics tools.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Have the authorization to work in Canada.
