We are currently hiring an Administrative Assistant at our hotel. This is a permanent and full-time position.

**Duties and responsibilities**
- Manage administrative duties on a day to day basis and establish office procedures for smooth operation in the company.
- Oversee reception, faxing, photocopying, courier packages.
- Greet internal personnel / external clients, respond to inquiries and directed to appropriate resources.
- Order general office supplies and maintain office equipment.
- Design and maintain filing, distribution and archive systems for a variety of records and files such as correspondence, reports and employees personnel files by methods such as indexing binders, creating and labelling files and filing information.
- Write and prepare presentations, brochures, quotations and invoices
- Maintain contact lists
- Prepare regularly scheduled reports
- Data entry on company system to keep all records
- Open, sort and distribute mails and incoming faxes.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for managers
- Prepare agendas and take minutes of meetings
- Organise events and conferences
- Data entry on company system
- Arrange travels and booking of hotels.
- Compile data for research works
- Provide support to staff and management
- Other administrative tasks
**Employment requirements**
- Secondary School
- 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- English language
**Wage**
$24.25 per hour
**Working hours per week**
40 hours
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $24.25 per hour
