The Campus Coordinator position has primary responsibility for providing day-to-day administrative support to the Dean of MaKami College. The position provides a wide variety of administrative support services, including the planning and executing of graduations and orientations, all of which contribute to the efficient and professional operation of the Edmonton Campus. It is expected that the incumbent is well organized and possesses excellent time management.

Major Accountabilities/Responsibilities (Including but not limited to the following):

- Carrying out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, faxing, scanning, etc.
- Maintaining computer and manual filling systems
- Providing information to colleagues and students, while handling sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Managing appointments and travel arrangements for the Dean and other team members as required
- Managing classroom schedules for all on-campus programs, all departments
- Support OH&S and Social committees
- Tracking mechanical logs, repair forms and ensuring the campus property binder is up to date and complaint for inspection purposes
- Ordering supplies and equipment
- Acting as a liaison and first point of contact with students
- Organizing and ensuring the success of offsite graduations, campus events and orientations for 1st and 2nd-year students
- Various miscellaneous tasks such as assisting with the organizing and operations of the Edmonton Campus
- Social event planning on campus and other events

Education and Experience
- A degree/diploma in Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Administrator, or similar role
- Knowledge of office administration procedures
- Previous event planning experience is an asset
- Previous property management experience is an asset

Skills and Competencies
- High proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite of products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Ability to manage multiple and change priorities at once
- High attention to detail
- Strong organization and planning skills
- Excellent telephone etiquette
- Ability to build strong relationships internally
- Work efficiently and with integrity under pressure
