Office Assistant

Schedule shipments with customer for pick up or with outside courier of their choice
- Prepare shipping documents BOL and customs paperwork
- Keep record of all shipping details for future reference
- Streamline monthly shipments to keep shipping organized
- Monthly tracking chart of what is shipping and their details
- Enter sales orders
- Check pricing on orders
- Update and change sales and production orders as necessary with ship date/ material dates, follow up with customer confirmation
- Assist customers where needed
- Enter Daily Builds
- Monthly inventory counts
- Filing complete confirmations and shipping information
- Customer Satisfaction Surveys
- Add new production processes into the plant files
- Invoicing orders, skids and crates
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Casual
**Salary**: $21.00-$25.00 per hour
