Strategic Group is offering a full-time opportunity for a Residential Community Manager.
As the Residential Community Manager, you will be the primary leader in maintaining the growing community with a focus on high standards and building revenue within the company. **Responsibilities**:

- Ensure suites are market ready and well maintained.
- Promote the community to prospective tenants, conduct property tours, and manage lease agreements.
- Prepare and manage budgets, collect rent, and investigate delinquencies.
- Manage and coordinate all move-ins and move-outs.
- Distribute welcome packages and outline the amenities, local services, contacting service desk, emergency procedures, and rules and regulations.
- Complete annual suite inspections.
- Enforce the rules of the RTA and lease related to the premises.
- Follow up with residents on complaints and violations.
- Inspect and maintain the building /grounds and unoccupied suites weekly.
- Oversee maintenance and repairs, ensuring the community remains safe, clean, and attractive.
- Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and service providers to maintain the property.
- Ensure accuracy in parking allocations, storage areas as per the leases, license agreements and administer the facilities as per the terms of the agreements.
- Ensure distribution materials (Incentives, pricing, floor plans, etc.) for prospective tenants are current.

**Qualifications**:

- 2 years of residential property management experience.
- Working knowledge of the Residential Tenancy Act.
- Proven experience in residential property management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Energetic, well organized with strong computer skills
- Knowledge of local housing regulations and property management best practices.
- Proficiency in property management software.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Leadership and team management skills.
