**Sales Manager - Specialist Men / Women Luxury Suit Brand**

We are pleased to announce the grand opening of a new luxury store in the heart of downtown Vancouver. This exciting position is for this store which is Men's / Women Luxury Suit Brand.

**Job Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: 5+ years of sales experience, with a strong preference for backgrounds in high-end menswear / womenwear and tailoring.
- **Expertise**: In-depth knowledge of tailoring techniques, premium fabrics, and the garment production and procurement process, specifically in men's suits.
- **Sales Performance**: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets within a luxury retail environment.
- **Communication**: Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and influence discerning clientele.
- **Leadership**: Demonstrated leadership ability, with experience managing high-end clients and leading teams to achieve business objectives.
- **Passion for Fashion**: A deep passion for men's fashion, with an acute eye for quality, craftsmanship, and detail.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Target Achievement**: Drive revenue growth by consistently meeting or surpassing sales targets within the luxury menswear and womens wear sector.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build, nurture, and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with exceptional service and expert advice.
- **Product Expertise**: Offer expert guidance on suits, fabrics, tailoring techniques, and product craftsmanship to help clients make informed purchasing decisions.
- **Collaboration with Design & Production Teams**: Work closely with design and production teams to ensure seamless order processing, accurate measurements, and timely delivery of bespoke garments.
- **Sales Analysis**: Monitor sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to optimize sales strategies and enhance customer satisfaction.
- **Training & Mentorship**: Lead and mentor junior sales staff, ensuring they adhere to the highest standards of customer service and product knowledge.
- **Client Fittings & Alterations**: Conduct client measurements, ensure proper fittings, and suggest stylish outfits tailored to individual preferences, including necessary alterations to guarantee the perfect fit.
- **Adaptability**: Continuously learn and adapt to new trends, technologies, and business practices to stay at the forefront of the industry.

**Desirable Qualities**:

- **Willingness to Travel**: Open to traveling internationally for business meetings, factory visits, and other brand-related activities.
- **Luxury Brand Experience**: Previous experience working with high-end men's suit brands is highly desirable.
- **Social Media & Online Marketing Knowledge**: Familiarity with social media platforms and online marketing strategies to help build and enhance the brand’s digital presence.
- **Brand Growth and Innovation**: A forward-thinking mindset, with the ability to contribute innovative ideas for brand expansion and growth in a competitive market.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract, Commission, Permanent
Contract length: 36 months

Pay: $24.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 48 per week

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- bespoke men's wear and women's wear: 3 years (required)
- Fashion retail: 5 years (preferred)
- Retail management: 5 years (preferred)
