**HOURS - **Permanent Full Time 40 hours/week, Sunday to Thursday rotation days, afternoons and nights

The work of Good Shepherd is based on a fundamental belief in providing hope and restoring dignity to the most vulnerable members of our community. Our services include emergency food and clothing; daily hot meals; emergency shelters for men, youth, families, women and children; transitional housing and education for homeless and street-involved youth; hospice palliative care; community mental health programs; and supportive housing programs. This opportunity is with our Good Shepherd - Mary's Place, Women's Services.

**How You Will Make an Impact**
- Develop and maintain a caseload
- Complete an intake and assessment on each resident
- Design, implement, in consultation with supervisor, an interview schedule that will provide an evaluation of "quality of life" improvement of successful program participants
- Maintain confidentiality with regards to clients/staff and Centre's records

**What You'll Bring to Our Team**
- Applicants should possess a thorough knowledge of issues impacting cis women, trans and non-binary individuals including violence, abuse, mental illness, homelessness, poverty and substance use
- Experience working in a residential setting is preferred
- A demonstrated commitment to the mission values of availability, flexibility, adaptability, hospitality and dignity is essential
- A post-secondary education is required
- CPR certification (or willingness to be certified)
- A valid Ontario driver's license (G2) is also an asset
- Ability to speak French and/or other languages considered an asset
