We are seeking a dedicated** Case Manager**, for a 24 month term with potential to be continuing, to support our mission of promoting professionalism and respectful conduct in the FHS community with the Office of Respectful Conduct in Clinical and Academic Environments (ORCCA). In this role, you will be at the forefront of helping faculty, staff, and students navigate concerns related to discrimination, harassment, and respectful conduct. You will work with various stakeholders to resolve issues through early intervention, dispute resolution, and formal processes where needed.
**What You'll Do**:
- Act as the primary point of contact for inquiries regarding discrimination, harassment, and respectful conduct.
- Provide trauma-informed consultation and advice to faculty, staff, and students on professional conduct matters.
- Manage the intake of complaints and facilitate early resolutions where possible.
- Collaborate with university partners and clinical teams to address complex cases.
- Support the development and implementation of ORCCA’s policies, processes, and strategies.
**What We're Looking For**:
- **Education**: University-level degree in Social Work, Law, Dispute Resolution, or a related field. Advanced training in mediation or negotiation is desirable. Extensive knowledge of Human Rights and other charters
- **Experience**: 5-7 years in a related field, preferably within a university or large academic hospital setting.
- **Skills**: Strong conflict resolution, case management, and communication skills. Critical thinker who can identify gaps in policy or procedure and be solution focused.
- **Experience** working with diverse communities and handling sensitive issues with discretion and empathy in complex situations. Experience provide support to diverse individuals who have concerns of mistreatment, discrimination, harassment and other conduct concerns.
