We are seeking a Healthcare Applications Analyst based out of Vancouver, BC who places a strong emphasis on delivering support and service at the utmost professional standards while finding professional satisfaction in doing so.

**What you will do**:

- Analyze the workflows and processes across all our clinics, to identify opportunities for optimization and automation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define objectives, and develop solutions to meet business needs.
- Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and integrations, ensuring mínimal disruption to operations.
- Document processes, procedures, and configurations to maintain system integrity and support knowledge transfer.
- Act as the administrator for Harrison’s EHR, supporting team member needs and collaborating with providers, team members from partner sites, and other clinics to resolve any issues impacting the EHR use.
- Work closely with the IT department on matters of integration and technical issues.

**What you bring**:

- Bachelor's degree in Health Informatics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Strong understanding of healthcare operations, workflows, and regulatory requirements (e.g., HIPAA, PHIPA).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with diverse staff members and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with great attention to detail.

Pay: $55,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
