Job Overview

We are supporting a leading healthcare client in their search for Senior Financial Analysts. With multiple operations and sites, this role will involve developing annual business plans, budgets, and providing financial leadership to drive strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement financial strategies to achieve operational excellence.
  • Analyze interim and year-end financial statements, identifying deviations from plan and investigating causes.
  • Prepare variance analysis and ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Represent the Finance Division on external committees, promoting effective communication and collaboration.
  • Identify and develop best practices, sharing expertise with other members of the business planning team.

Requirements

  1. A professional accounting designation (CPA) or equivalent certification.
  2. At least five years of experience in accounting and finance, with a strong understanding of financial modeling and analysis.
  3. Excellent written and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial information effectively.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  5. Proficient in computer applications, including financial software and tools.

Estimated Salary Range
