The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and implementing system upgrades and tuning to ensure maximum performance, security, and stability of systems. They will also contribute to decision-making processes and provide input on complex issues that can impact the department or organization as a whole.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with various platforms, identify and troubleshoot technical and client issues, and respond to customer requests in a timely manner. You will also participate in team meetings and discussions, providing input on the development of service support and technical procedures.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of information systems industry trends and issues, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will also need to be able to analyze operational problems and recommend innovative solutions.

This position offers a competitive salary of $62,239 - $89,469 CAD per year, depending on experience, as well as comprehensive benefits, including medical and dental coverage, and a pension plan.
