Rosso is seeking a Brand Marketing Specialist to drive our cafe and social media strategy to elevate our brand presence across these two channels. In this role, you will develop and implement marketing campaigns, oversee in-store merchandising, and develop social media initiatives to engage our community. This position requires a blend of creative thinking, strategic planning, and a passion for coffee culture. The Brand Marketing Specialist reports directly to the Marketing & PR Manager.

**Responsibilities**:

- Help to develop and execute cafe promotion strategies that drive traffic and sales.
- Oversee in-store merchandising to enhance the customer experience and brand visibility.
- Oversee the development and implementation of all in-store signage.
- Create the social media strategy reflecting the company’s marketing goals for both external and internal accounts.
- Overseeing all active social media channels, scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and monitoring brand reputation.
- Analyze performance metrics and use data to improve engagement and refine strategies, providing regular reports on campaign success.
- Staying up-to-date on social media trends, new features, and platform algorithm changes to ensure strategies remain relevant and competitive.
- Plan and execute paid and organic social media campaigns, including setting budgets, targeting audiences, and managing ads across platforms.
- Collaborate on the creation of social media content.
- Manage the execution of marketing campaigns from concept to completion.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Foster relationships with retail partners to optimize promotional opportunities.
- Work closely with the ecommerce team to ensure brand consistency across all platforms.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience in brand marketing, with a focus on retail or food service.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and consumer behaviour.
- Proficient in marketing software and analytics tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

**The Fine Print**:
Full-time position (9am - 5pm Monday to Friday). Salary range is dependent on experience.

**How to Apply**:
Pay: $45,000.00-$58,000.00 per year
