About the Role:

As a Senior Marketing and Partnerships Specialist at WSP Canada, you will be responsible for supporting the Marketing Manager in various aspects of marketing initiatives, including event planning, partnership development, and brand promotion. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the growth and success of WSP Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with internal clients and external stakeholders to develop and deploy marketing initiatives that align with strategic objectives.
* Conduct events and evaluate their success through performance data analysis, making recommendations for improvement.
* Coordinate the production of marketing materials, such as banners, kiosks, videos, and promotional items.
* Ensure that all marketing materials and communication channels are aligned and integrated, consistent with WSP's vision and brand strategy.
* Support internal colleagues and executives in Western Canada, as well as the Marketing Manager, in handling ad hoc requests.

Requirements:

* Experience in event, sponsorship, and partnership management, with intermediate experience in B2B marketing or services.
* A degree in marketing or business administration.
* Excellent communication skills, written and oral.
* Ability to work independently and lead projects with minimal supervision, showing initiative and willingness to make things happen even in uncertain situations.
* Excellent organizational skills in a performance and client-oriented environment, with the ability to manage and prioritize competing priorities.
* Experience in collaborating with senior leaders and supporting internal colleagues, acting effectively and remaining friendly, even under pressure.
* Creative and innovative, with a keen interest in developing knowledge about sponsorship, event, and marketing trends and activities.
* Passion for environmental sustainability and community engagement is an asset.
